The CorporateStays.com Story
CorporateStays.com was founded in 2008 by Vladimir de Suarez. The business grew organically after de Suarez first privately sublet his Montreal apartment while visiting Spain, and had great interest from extended-stay corporate travelers.
A basic website for his apartment alone grew as new partnerships and referrals increased his collection of private properties to rent. Always concerned with offering only top-quality furnished rentals, de Suarez began working directly with builders, purchasing and furnishing those properties in a style customized specifically for corporate guests.
The year 2010 was one filled with continued innovation and evolution in the services offered to CorporateStays.com guests, including many service-oriented mobile apps. Office openings in Toronto and Ottawa capped off a successful year. Locations in Costa Rica, Panama and Miami soon followed, extending the CorporateStays.com brand to popular hot-weather business destinations.
As of late 2011, CorporateStays.com employs a staff of 50 individuals dedicated to offering something new in corporate housing. Known for its modern, friendly approach to private corporate apartments, the company promises even more good things and continued growth to come in future years.
CorporateStays.com puts an emphasis on teamwork, as it is our dedicated staff that act as brand ambassadors, keeping our guests happy and ensuring a quality product from start to finish.
CorporateStays.com in the Community
CorporateStays.com is committed to giving back to the communities in which it works. Currently, we are involved with the Montreal branches of two large, worldwide not-for-profit organizations.
With each apartment upgrade and/or redesign CorporateStays.com donates its gently used, high-quality furniture to The Salvation Army for resale in its stores.
The company also participates as a team in low-income building projects through Habitat for Humanity.
